How the math works.

SIP Future Value: FV = P ร— ((1 + r)^n โˆ’ 1) ร— (1 + r) / r, where P is the monthly investment, r is the monthly expected return (annual rate รท 12), and n is the number of months.

Lumpsum Future Value: FV = P ร— (1 + r)^n, where P is the one-time investment, r is the annual return, and n is years.

CAGR: ((End Value / Start Value)^(1 / years)) โˆ’ 1. The honest measure of annualised growth.

All projections assume constant returns and do not account for inflation, expense ratios, or tax. Use them as directional guidance, not as guarantees.
